Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier tous les participants d\u2019avoir apport\u00e9 leur expertise et d\u2019avoir particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un dialogue ouvert, fructueux et constructif tout au long des deux journ\u00e9es de l\u2019atelier qui a eu lieu en septembre 2018 \u00e0 Yamoussoukro (C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire). Le rapport a \u00e9t\u00e9 command\u00e9 par l\u2019unit\u00e9 \u00ab Plateformes mondiales \u00bb qui fait partie de la \u00ab pratique mondiale Environnement et ressources naturelles \u00bb de la Banque mondiale.
